2,755,800 tons of milk a day are produced in the republic

According to the recent data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan the gross milk yield is 2,755,800 tons (by October 30) which is by 210.1 tons more than it was last year.
The biggest milk yield a day is in Baltasi municipal district – 141.5 tons. In Mamadysh municipal district it is 135 tons, in Arsk municipal district it is 133.5 tons and in Kukmor municipal district it is 131 tons.
The biggest milk yield per cow is in Mamadysh municipal district – 17.2 kg. High results are also in Saby and Atnya municipal districts – 16 and 15.3 kg accordingly.
