Working session on organization of the International Exhibition 2015

Yesterday, on May 20, on experimental fields of Tatar Science and Research Institute a working session on organization of the International Exhibition 2015 was held. For the first time in the Republic of Tatarstan it is planned to organize “International Field Days in the Volga-Region”, which is a specialized International exhibition for specialists-practitioners and professionals similar to the DLG Field Day in Germany, on experimental fields of the institute.

In the discussion of the project the following officials participated: First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov, Deputy Ministers Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Nazip Khazipov and Talgat Tagirzyanov, Director of Tatar Science and Research Institute of Agriculture, corresponding member of Academy of sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Marsel Tagirov, representatives of the DLG German Agricultural Association, etc.

During the discussion the site for exhibition was chosen, the date was set, the crops were selected and the plan of top priority events as well as the executive officers were approved.

Suggestions and ideas on the organization of the exhibition will be discussed at the session chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Akhmetov. Within the framework of the exhibition it is planned to hold seminars and research-to-practice conferences on the most important issues of AIC, to organize workshops of successful farm households, personal subsidiary plots as well as consumer and production cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, Germany and other countries.

At the exhibition it is also planned to introduce new technologies of crop farming with participation of a wide range of Russian and foreign manufacturing companies producing seeds and seedlings, fertilizers, means of protection for plants and for other participants of technological process. They will demonstrate their production on the fields. In compliance with local edaphic-climatic conditions it will be able to choose the best and the most suitable technologies for private farm households. Science, experience and consulting will be presented at the exhibition in close connection with each other.
