International conference “Competitive growth and increase of efficiency of agricultural sector under the WTO and the CU”

On May 21-22, 2014, International Research and Training Conference “Competitive growth and increase of efficiency of agricultural sector under the World Trade Organization and the Customs Union” will take place in FSBEI AFVE “Tatar institute of personnel development in agribusiness”.

Nikolai Yakushin, Rector of Tatar institute of personnel development in agribusiness, will speak on methodological approaches to the implementation of modern agricultural policy.

Nazip Khazipov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, will report on the ways to increase competitiveness and efficiency of cattle breeding.

Marsel Tagirov, Director of Tatarstan Agriculture Research and Development Institute, will give a speech on resources’ provision of AIC under the WTO and the CU.

Scientists from the Republic of Mari El, Belarus, Mordovia, Bashkiria, the Kirov Region, etc. will give reports at the conference.

Directors of agricultural enterprises from Kukmor, Tetyushi, Atnya, etc. municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan will share their working experience.

Within the framework of the conference the issues of labour force, development of rural territories, principles of development of the Volga-Region agricultural cluster, technologies of cluster development of rural territories, etc. will be under discussion.
