Fields of 45,900 ha are sowed in the republic

According to the current data there is spring sowing in 25 regions of the republic. The total territory for sowing is 45,900 ha.

7,600 ha are sowed with wheat, 25,900 ha are sowed with barley, 39,000 ha are sowed with winter crops. There is also oat sowing (3,500 ha), pea sowing (1,900 ha), etc.

The biggest territory of 7,700 ha is sowed by the farmers of Buinsk municipal district. 6,900 ha of fields are sowed in Apastovo municipal district, 4,600 ha – in Dorzhanovo municipal district. Aznakaevo and Tetushi municipal districts also show good results – 3,400 ha and 3,100 ha correspondingly.

Winter crops feeding and perennial grasses feeding as well as harrowing are being carried out in different regions of the republic nowadays.
