Successful grant support in Tatarstan

In April in the majority of constituent entities of the Russian Federation a contest among young farmers and farm households, developing family livestock breeding farms, is held. The winners will receive grants for 2014.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation noted successful work of the following regions: the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Chuvashi Republic, the Leningrad Region, the Vologda Region, the Altai Territory, the Sakhalin Region and the Kaluga Region. The farmers, who have won the competitive selection in these regions, will receive grants in May – June of the current year.

Nevertheless, in some regions the competitive selection has not started yet, ex. in the Kamchatka Region, the Volgograd Region and the Sverdlovsk Region.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation recommends starting a contest on or prior to the mid April. The earlier young farmers and farm households, developing family livestock breeding farms, will get grants, the sooner they will be able to use it for farm developing and benefit from it.
