Today in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan a seminar-meeting chaired by Nikolai Titov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held. It was called “Livestock viability and reproduction, beef cattle breeding in the Republic of Tatarstan”.
Heads of agriculture and food departments of municipal districts of the republic were present there.
The meeting was opened by the speech of Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was devoted to the spring sowing campaign of the current year.
According to his speech it is necessary to monitor winter crops and by May 1 of the current year the receipt of spraying machines should be finished.
Mr Gabdrakhmanov also spoke about the terms of receiving subsidies on support of crop production 2015. Subsidies will not be given to those agricultural goods producers who use more than 10% of seeds of mass reproduction and who, among perennial grasses, have more than 20% of old grasses being used for more than 4 years.
Nazip Khazipov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the livestock viability and reproduction as well as meet production.
Summing up the results of work for the 1st quarter of the current year, Nazip Khazipov noted the progress in livestock viability, namely, in the following municipal districts: Kurmor, Arsk, Buinsk, Baltasy, Menzelinsk and Atna municipal districts.
According to his words, subsidies will be given on support of livestock, that is shy a special attention to the livestock population should be paid.
“Now it is time for the most difficult period for livestock breeding, namely, summer camping of cattle”, Deputy Minister noted.
Ildus Zakirov, Head of “Central State Agricultural Administration of breed livestock farming of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan”, reported on reproduction and population in breed livestock farms in the Republic of Tatarstan by April 1 of the current year.
