Therefore, as the supervisory authority, we closely monitor compliance with veterinary and phytosanitary regulations in the district," noted Ilnur Galeev.
During the meeting, participants discussed a number of pressing and challenging issues. These included the structure of crop acreage, the current state of agricultural lands, and key aspects of season preparation. Particular attention was paid to grain declaration and the use of pesticides and agrochemicals.
"Starting in 2024, bee colony losses due to the use of pesticides and agrochemicals in agricultural crop treatments in the Republic of Tatarstan will decrease. No bee deaths were recorded in the Apastovsky District in 2025. This was facilitated by targeted efforts to prevent bee poisoning and ensure the safety of bee colonies by promptly notifying beekeepers about agricultural crop treatments," emphasized Ramis Zagidullin.
Along with the meeting participants, he discussed the current results of beekeepers' work in 2025, current beekeeping issues, and objectives for the coming year.
The topic of Rosselkhoznadzor's digital services was also touched upon. Tatyana Menlikieva, Director of the Tatarstan branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for the Agro-Industrial Complex," noted that the FSIS information systems, including "Grain" and "Seed Production" ensure complete traceability of products from field to store, subject to mandatory registration of all participants in the process. She also informed the participants about the full range of plant quarantine services, grain testing, and grain-processing products available at the institution, as well as grain declaration issues.
