Career guidance and staffing issues in the agricultural sector were discussed in the Bavlinsky District

On November 27, 2025, a career guidance event was held at the M. Jalil Community Center in the Bavlinsky Municipal District. The event was attended by S.N. Timofeev, Deputy Head of the Bavlinsky Municipal District; Damir Minnebaev, Head of the Animal Breeding and Reproduction Department; A.M. Talipov, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food; G.M. Gilyazeva, Director of the Bavlinsky Agricultural College; G.S. Minnullin, Head of the Minnullin Peasant Farm; and representatives of the Kazan State Agrarian University.

The shortage of qualified personnel remains a pressing issue across all sectors of the economy, but it is particularly acute in agriculture. Training specialists for the agro-industrial complex and their retention in rural areas is a priority for the state, as it directly impacts the state and development of agricultural production.

The following key aspects were discussed during the meeting:

- Increasing student interest in agriculture as a promising field for professional development.

- Introduction to the activities of successful agro-industrial enterprises in the Bavlinsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan, demonstrating opportunities for career growth and professional development.

- Providing information about educational institutions training specialists in agricultural fields, including the Bavlinsky Agrarian College and the Kazan State Agrarian University.

- Coverage of employment issues, support programs for young professionals, as well as opportunities for professional development and retraining
