The meeting was held via videoconference with all municipal districts and was chaired by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin. Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin attended the meeting.

Marat Zyabbarov reported that, as of today, over 1,346,000 hectares, or 87% of the fall plowing area, have been cultivated, including 515,000 hectares of deepened arable land. Some districts have already completed autumn plowing. The minister instructed farms in the Yutazinsky, Menzelinsky, Sarmanovsky, Almetyevsky, Vysokogorsky, and Nurlatsky districts to increase the pace of fall plowing.

Marat Zyabbarov reported on the livestock sector's performance for the first nine months of this year. Revenue from agricultural sales totaled 151.0 billion rubles, of which 71%, or 107.8 billion rubles, came from livestock farming (a 20% increase compared to the previous year). These districts boast a high level of implementation of advanced technologies in modern dairy farms. At the same time, 15 districts have negative milk yield indicators, noted the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

He reported that agricultural enterprises are achieving good results through the construction of modern dairy farms. Seven dairy farms with a capacity of 2,576 head have been commissioned this year. Twenty-three investment projects involving 22,000 cows are currently at various stages of implementation.
