Today, as part of the 27th Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn 2025," the "Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex" forum was held at the Timiryazev Center in Moscow. Participants included Elena Fastova, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation; Irina Zhachkina, First Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of JSC Rosselkhozbank; and Lenar Garipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Welcoming the forum participants, Elena Fastova noted that there are many women in rural areas who want to develop and improve their villages and the communities they live with.
She emphasized, "Many women want to develop and gain additional experience not only in finance, economics, and legal matters, but also to gain new knowledge about promoting their products and social projects."
Irina Zhachkina said that this year's Golden Autumn Forum will feature many sessions devoted to technology, artificial intelligence, and investment, and today's main theme is "Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex." "Women are the heart of the agro-industrial complex; it's about beauty, kindness, and aesthetics. It's women who make rural life truly attractive and kind, filling it with beauty and emotion. This guarantees that we will preserve humanity and beauty in our agro-industrial complex, in our villages. Women are the main creators of this beauty," she added.
Lenar Garipov presented the results of the regional stage of the All-Russian "Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex" competition. He noted that the regional stage of the competition was a significant event for Tatarstan's agricultural sector, highlighting the invaluable contribution of women to the development of the republic's agriculture. This event not only identified the best representatives of the industry but also underscored the strategic importance of female leadership in the agro-industrial complex.

From the origins of her family farm to modern technologies and ambitious plans—this is the young farmer's journey. Last year, her farm achieved a production of 33,500 heads of poultry and 65 tons of produce.
Leysan Agliullina, CEO of Arsky Elevator JSC in the Arsky Municipal District, won the "Superwoman" category. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the grain storage facility, which stores up to 72.5 tons of various grain crops at a time, as well as managing a team of 90 people.
