The holding company's key digital projects include smart solutions for increasing productivity and efficient herd feeding management. The system enables the creation of customized rations for different groups of animals, tailored to their unique needs. Feed preparation is monitored using tablets, ensuring precise adherence to recipes. Each animal is equipped with a contactless tag, enabling productivity tracking and linking this data to feed quality. Bluetooth beacons have been installed on farms to automate data collection. In the future, the holding company plans to use machine vision technologies to automatically control feed distribution and monitor animal health.
The holding company has implemented a project to deploy Russia's largest private RTK network. Navigation accuracy directly depends on the distance between the base station and the agricultural machinery. A deployed network of 17 base stations ensured a reliable signal across the entire land bank, achieving an accuracy of up to 2 cm. Repeaters help cover areas where base stations cannot provide the required coverage. The project included upgrading the standard parallel tracking systems to use the proprietary RTK network instead of paid satellite signal corrections. Previously, the high-precision signal was primarily used for sowing sugar beets and corn, but it is now available for all crops.
RTK allows for precise tracking of equipment paths year after year. This eliminates unintentional field crossings and overlaps, resulting in less compacted mainland areas, more precise seeding, preservation of soil structure, and uniform application of fertilizers and plant protection products. Crop development improves, plant stress and losses are reduced, and yields increase (up to 7%). Savings on fuel, seeds, plant protection products, and fertilizers reach 5%.
The project marked an important step in implementing the holding's digital transformation strategy, aimed at increasing the efficiency of agricultural production and implementing advanced technologies in support of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State."
Smart solutions are also used in logistics. The KPI map for drivers is an innovative solution that enables monitoring the performance of trucks. The system analyzes approximately 40 indicators (driving style, fuel consumption, engine hours) from onboard controllers. The data is automatically transmitted to the accounting system, where driver bonuses are calculated, encouraging careful vehicle maintenance and reducing fuel and repair costs. Data accumulated over several years, including repair and parts replacement information, allows for assessing the impact of various factors on equipment wear, building analytical models, and forecasting future expenses.
The digital transformation strategy demonstrates a comprehensive approach to modernizing the agricultural sector. The implementation of innovative solutions in livestock farming, crop production, and logistics is aimed at achieving specific economic results: increased productivity, reduced costs, and increased production efficiency, which is in line with the strategy for the development of digital transformation in the agro-industrial complex, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation until 2030.
