On September 13, agricultural fairs resumed in the Republic of Tatarstan, traditionally offering natural products from farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural enterprises at competitive prices.
Last weekend, Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, inspected the fairs on Tinchurin and Lipatov Streets.
Agricultural fairs are held to support small and medium-sized businesses, which aligns with the goals and objectives of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."
Over the four weeks of the fairs, agricultural products worth a total of 381 million rubles were sold, including 2,449.2 tons of vegetables: 1,687.6 tons of potatoes; 75.1 tons of bulk milk; 167.3 tons of sugar; 528,500 chicken eggs; 288.2 tons of meat (including 170.8 tons of beef).
4,227 vehicles were used for the fairs.
