The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of agriculture at the "ROSTKI" forum
Today, on the sidelines of the III International Forum "ROSTKI: Russia and China - Mutually Beneficial Cooperation", Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov, Director of PUE (SHANGHAI) INNOVATION INCUBATOR MANAGEMENT CO., LTD Su Jin and President of the KMMK Consortium Yuri Fedorov signed a memorandum of cooperation.
It is aimed at developing long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation in the scientific, technical, innovative, industrial, economic spheres and in the field of cross-border e-commerce. The parties intend to work together to promote projects from Tatarstan and Russia to the Chinese market, since the development of foreign economic relations and the growth of supplies of agricultural products correspond to the goals of the national project "International Cooperation and Export".
In particular, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan plans to export grain, animal feed, meat, vegetable oils and other products to China. Export of products of processing enterprises, including meat products, dairy products, groceries and beverages, is also being considered.
To implement these plans, the parties agreed to create joint ventures registered in Russia. In addition, the "Trading House of the Republic of Tatarstan" will be created to represent Tatarstan and Russian food products in China.
