The National Prize "Man of Labor" will be awarded to outstanding people from all regions of Russia
The prize is aimed at strengthening the prestige of blue-collar jobs and popularizing labor achievements in the regions of Russia.
First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VIII convocation on regional policy and local self-government, Deputy Head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma, member of the General Council of the United Russia party, coordinator of the federal party project "Choose Your Own" Sergei Morozov and President of the Association "SIZ" Vladimir Kotov presented a new annual prize, which will become a symbol of recognition of the merits of workers in the real sector of the economy.
The selection of winners will be based on the following criteria:
"Technological Leader": workers who have introduced innovative technologies, increased production efficiency, developed new products and solutions;
"Best Mentor": employees who have made a significant contribution to the professional development of young specialists, who have passed on experience and knowledge, and contributed to the development of human resources;
"Young Specialist": young employees (18 to 35 years old) who have achieved significant success in their professional activities, demonstrated initiative and aspiration for professional growth;
"Family Labor Dynasties": employees who represent families where at least three generations have become representatives of the same profession, or families where the total work experience of all family members in the same profession or at the same enterprise is at least 50 years;
"Veterans' Council": the head or representative of an organization of honored workers of enterprises who have made a significant contribution to the preservation of labor traditions and the conservation of accumulated experience;
"Labor Patriotic Education": the head or representative of an organization with many years of successful experience in labor patriotic education of youth, who have raised citizens for whom love for the Fatherland is manifested not only in words, but also in real actions: in the desire and need to work for the public good, to carefully treat national wealth, to make a personal contribution to the development of the country.
Each region can have no more than three laureates. Regional organizing committees independently decide on which of the six criteria they will be selected by.
The National Award "Man of Labor" will be held in three stages: informing enterprises and organizations in their regions about the timing and procedure for holding the award by regional organizing committees, launching the application campaign and collecting applications for participation; selection and evaluation of submitted applications, expert review and determination of the winners of the regional stage of the Award; collection and processing by the central Organizing Committee of the questionnaires of the winners received from the regions, coordination and approval of the final lists. The award ceremony will take place at the 29th International Specialized Exhibition and Forum "Occupational Safety and Health" (BIOT) (November 11-14, 2025, Moscow).
