From the city to the village: in the Mamadysh district, the first settlers received money to build a house under the village revival program

The implementation of a large-scale plan for the preservation and development of rural areas has begun in the Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. At the beginning of the year, local authorities announced a municipal program according to which those wishing to move from the city to the village can receive a subsidy for building a house or buying secondary housing. The first 1.5 million rubles were transferred to the Yusupov family account.

Ildar is from Bashkortostan, works as a welder, his wife Fanzia is a native of Mamadysh, a preschool worker.

Both of them will be employed in the Kuyuk-Eryksinsky rural settlement, on the territory of which they managed to purchase a land plot. The spouses are raising a daughter and a son. Little Ilnur has allergies, this is one of the reasons why the Yusupovs decided to change their place of residence to a more environmentally friendly one.

The plot in Malmyzhka already has a summer house, a greenhouse and outbuildings for keeping poultry. The Yusupovs did not dare to build on a larger scale and finally move to the village due to the lack of the necessary funds. Confidence that everything would work out came after a special commission under the program approved a package of documents, and then the head of the Mamadyshsky district, Vadim Nikitin, came to Malmyzhka.

“I am sincerely glad! Several years have passed since the moment when I was able to formulate the idea into a program document and present the initiative to preserve rural areas before the Rais of Tatarstan, but it was not in vain. Today I saw happy people, full of enthusiasm and plans,” he wrote on his page in social networks.

Today, more than 40 families from Tatarstan took their place in the queue to receive a municipal subsidy. Residents of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Kazan, and other cities of the republic are ready to move to the Mamadyshsky district. For Tatarstan, this is a pilot project, and its funding is provided by district funds. In this way, the district aims to fill the shortage of personnel in the countryside and improve the demographic situation. The Yusupovs, for example, are ready to become parents for the third time, and in the future, expand their farm and take up farming in earnest.

Support for young and large families, development of children's healthcare, strengthening reproductive health and promoting family values correspond to the goals of the national project "Family".
