Kazan to host regional stage of 2025 Tastes of Russia festival

From July 12 to 13, the Kazan Family Center will host the Tastes of Russia gastronomic festival together with the Tasty Kazan festival. The main mission is to introduce consumers to the diversity of Russian tastes and show the potential for developing regional food brands.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marsel Makhmutov said at the Tastes of Russia x Tasty Kazan press conference that the goal of the project is to attract attention to small businesses, increase the competitiveness and recognition of products with local brands through the traditions, culture and ethnic characteristics of Russian regions.

According to Marsel Makhmutov, the main objectives are to demonstrate the gastronomic diversity of products with regional brands, promote natural farm products, and unite producers and consumers in support of the national project Technological Support of Food Security.

At the gastronomic festival, the Republic of Tatarstan will be represented by Vorontsov Cheeses, Elbette ice cream, Bonbon marmalade and lemonade, as well as herbal teas from the Zagotovitel SPPK. In total, more than 120 participants from 40 regions of Russia are expected.

Novooskolskie Myasnye Istorii from the Belgorod Region will present a unique cheese with rose petals and frying cheese with mint and basil.

Obaldini from the Vladimir Region will treat guests to natural cream and cheese candies.

Guests will find the most delicious jamon on the shelves of OTEŁKHAMON from the Krasnodar Region and Era Vkusa from the Leningrad Region.

Real gold - black caviar - will be brought by Volgorechensk from the Kostroma Region.

Azbuka Severa (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)) and Yamalik (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) will present products made from venison and elk.

OAKHAKA Chocolate in Sverdlovsk Oblast will bring the most unusual chocolate dragees.

The event program will include a gastronomic show, exciting master classes, performances by local creative groups, as well as an evening concert program with headliners Irina Saltykova and Slame.
