Youth policy and information were discussed at the visiting meeting of the Tatarstan agro-industrial complex trade union
Last week, a meeting of the Presidium of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation was held at the Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiation and Biological Safety. The meeting was attended by the director of the Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiation and Biological Safety of the Tatarstan Republic, Danil Mingaleev, and chairmen of district and primary trade union organizations.
The agenda included issues on the practice of the Chelny-Broiler OPPO in implementing youth policy and the work of the Sabinsky District Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation in implementing the Information Interaction Program of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation.
The first issue on the agenda was addressed by the chairman of the Chelny-Broiler OPPO, Alsu Gainutdinova. In her report, she noted that in working with young people, the Chelny-Broiler OPPO adheres to the resolution of the XII Congress of the "Youth Policy", which provides for a number of measures to involve young people in trade union activities, increase their activity and protect their social and labor rights. The youth council of the primary trade union organization implements a strategy aimed at integrating young people into the corporate environment, supporting their professional growth and involvement in active social life. The council works to create comfortable working conditions, improve the skills and promote young personnel, and actively involves young people in social activities, using modern means of communication and organizing events aimed at strengthening health and morality. In addition to the first question, the chairperson of the primary trade union organization of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Federal Center for Traumatology and Radiology of the Russian Federation" Ekaterina Pankova, member of the trade union committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Alina Magizova also spoke. They spoke about measures to support young employees. An active member of the trade union committee of the Federal Center for Agricultural Development and Trade of the Russian Federation (FCTRB-VNIVI), a member of the Youth Council of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation Ksenia Yusupova shared information about her participation in the All-Russian competition “Young Trade Union Leader of the Agricultural Industry of the Russian Federation”, in which she won with dignity.
The report on the second issue was presented by the Chairperson of the Sabinsky District Organization Gulnaz Nigametzyanova. She spoke about the forms and means of information used by the district and primary trade union organizations, noted the achievements and shortcomings that are being worked on to eliminate them.
The leading specialist in information and organizational work of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation Indira Kirichenko reported on the results of monitoring the information activities of district and primary trade union organizations of the republic. Organizations that successfully cope with the tasks set were noted, but shortcomings in individual trade union organizations were also identified, and recommendations for improving the situation were proposed.
After reviewing the main issues, the head of the department for social and economic issues of the Tatarstan Republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, Bulat Garifullin, spoke about the information on the conducted trainings on labor protection, benefits and support measures for union members.
The director of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “FCTRB-VNIVI” Danil Mingaleev spoke about the main areas of the Center’s activities, about the projects implemented jointly with the trade union committee.
After summing up the speeches of all the speakers, the chairperson of the Tatarstan Republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, Farida Garifullina, emphasized that the activities for the implementation of youth policy and information work should be systemic. She emphasized the importance of regular analysis of the results and timely correction of actions, and also proposed to more actively involve young people in participation in socially significant events.
At the end of the event, Farida Garifullina thanked the director of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Federal Center for Agricultural Research and Development - All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences" for the warm welcome and presented the Certificate of Honor of the Tatarstan Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation for active work with the Trade Union on the development of social partnership.
