The All-Russian competition "Village Leaders - 2025" has started
The All-Russian youth public organization "Russian Union of Rural Youth" in partnership with the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government and the All-Russian political party "UNITED RUSSIA" is holding the All-Russian competition of young managers "Village Leaders".
The competition is one of the central events of the "Personnel for the Village" program, which is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Russia - Country of Opportunities" of the national project "Youth and Children".
The goal of the Competition is to identify promising managers and public opinion leaders in rural areas.
The competition tests include two remote stages aimed at testing the general level of knowledge, abilities, potential for social and political work, and an in-person final, which involves a comprehensive assessment of competencies.
The winners of the Competition will receive support in terms of professional and career growth, in forming a team for the development of a rural settlement or municipality and implementing a social, commercial, infrastructure or other project within the framework of the educational program "Workshop for the Development of Rural Territories", the opportunity to undergo an internship in federal government agencies, regional executive authorities and local governments, inclusion in the composition of expert and advisory bodies.
Registration of Competition participants is carried out through the website leadersela.rf until September 30, 2025.
