From October 4 to 13, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture will organize a large-scale Week of the Agro-Industrial Complex in Moscow - a series of business, gastronomic and entertainment events dedicated to the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers. One of its central events will be the 26th Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn". It will be held from October 9 to 12 at the Timiryazev Center educational and exhibition complex, built on the basis of the Timiryazev Academy.
The exhibition will traditionally present the largest achievements of the industry - modern agricultural machinery, the best breeds of farm animals, the results of the development of the regional agro-industrial complex, financial products for agribusiness. All this and much more can be assessed during the days of free admission, having previously registered on the Golden Autumn - 2024 website or directly at the event site.
The business program includes numerous discussions on various topics. The key event will be a plenary session dedicated to industry development plans until 2030. Market participants and experts will discuss the tasks of achieving industry sovereignty in this area and how this will affect the economy and people's lives in our country.
Special attention will be given to issues of professional growth and realization of the personal potential of women employed in agriculture - they will be considered at the forum "Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex". In addition, under the auspices of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the forum "Scientific Support for Food Security in the Context of New Challenges" will be held. It will discuss increasing the efficiency of scientific research, personnel training, development of selection, genetics, biotechnology and other relevant topics.
In addition to the program for experts and industry participants, many events are planned for residents and guests of the capital. Thus, from October 4 to 13, together with the Moscow government, the gastronomic festival "Golden Autumn" will be organized, where farm products from all over the country will be presented. Numerous competitions, master classes and tastings are planned – visitors to the gastro festival will be able not only to try and buy natural products, but also to learn more about their production. In particular, the activities will take place on October 12 and 13 at the Moskino Park in TiNAO.
The culmination of the AIC Week will be a traditional concert in the State Kremlin Palace, dedicated to the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers.
