Kazan Hippodrome Invites to Celebrate Republic Day
Tomorrow, at 14:00, the Kazan MKSC will host an equestrian festival dedicated to the celebration of Republic Day.
As part of the celebration, All-Russian races and horse races will be held, where 17 prizes will be awarded, including the Rais Prize of Tatarstan, the Prize of the President of the UAE, the Cup of the First President of the Republic of Tatarstan - Mintimer Shaimiev and others with the participation of numerous athletes from all over the country. The total prize fund of the competition is 17 million 300 thousand rubles. The competition will be attended by 198 horses of riding and trotting breeds from more than 20 regions, republics and regions of Russia.
The winners of the international show jumping tournament II Prize Rais will also be awarded. The tournament is held from August 27 to 30, a total of 11 routes of varying difficulty are presented. The total prize fund of the competition is 5 million rubles.
This year, for the first time, the arena is hosting vaulting competitions (an equestrian discipline in which athletes, a pair or a group of athletes perform programs consisting of gymnastic and acrobatic exercises on a horse moving in a circle at a walk or gallop).
Young visitors will be able to ride horses and ponies, take part in various master classes, and ride tractors.
For adults, there will be a crafts fair, a food court, and a festival of the self-employed. Dozens of entrepreneurs will take part in the event, presenting exclusive jewelry, home decor, stylish leather and wood products, original toys made with love, hand-made jute and plaster products, souvenir soap and much, much more!
Products from farmers and agricultural cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan will also be presented.
The headliner of the festival will be Firdus Tyamayev.
