“I’m in Agro”: more than 60% of vacancies from Tatarstan employers do not require work experience
Tatarstan companies specializing in the agro-industrial complex are ready to hire employees with and without experience. This is proved by the results of a study of vacancies on the “I am in Agro” platform conducted by Rosselkhozbank.
Agricultural companies of the republic on the platform offer 177 vacancies without work experience, which is more than 60% of all offered at the regional level. Young specialists with work experience from 1 to 3 years can apply for 93 vacancies, experts with experience from 3 to 6 years - for 18.
Employers are ready to employ almost all specialists full-time, while on the site you can find work for a seasonal period or on a rotational basis. Among the highest paid vacancies are the chief technologist of a bakery chain, an agronomist, a veterinarian, a livestock specialist, and a feeding technologist.
A number of companies offer work with housing. With such conditions, for example, they are looking for a tractor driver, a plant nursery worker, a general worker in Mamadysh, a veterinarian, a livestock breeder, a machine milking operator in Muslyumovo, agronomists in Leninogorsk, Aksubaevo, Kazan.
In addition to work, on the “I am in Agro” platform you can find advanced training courses, educational institutions and internships. Today, according to Rosselkhozbank, the service is used by students and teachers of 4 universities and 17 colleges in Tatarstan.
About 3,000 training programs and more than 30,000 vacancies throughout Russia are available to users from Tatarstan and other regions.
