The honey festival took place in Kazan
On February 9, the Kazan-2024 honey festival was held at the Tatar Institute of Agribusiness Personnel Retraining. Beekeepers of the republic presented their products. A special feature of this year was that, in addition to honey obtained from the apiaries of the republic, samples from Crimea and the Republic of Belarus were presented. The honey was assessed according to organoleptic indicators by members of the expert commission.
As the rector of the institute Nikolai Titov noted, this year beekeepers of the republic presented more than 50 samples of honey for tasting.
According to the results of expert selection, the best honey was obtained from certified apiaries: K.V. Usanova (Vysokogorsky district), L.M. Zakieva (Vysokogorsky district), L.F. Nasybullina (Mamadyshsky district), R.K. Gataullina (Pestrechinsky district ), M.M. Iskhakova (Drozhzhanovsky district), A.A. Bokhon (Laishevsky district), G.D. Kiseleva (Republic of Crimea) and D.S. Verushevsky (Republic of Belarus).
The winners were awarded diplomas, the rest of the beekeepers received diplomas as participants in the festival.
