One of these is “Agrostartup” grant support for starting the activities of aspiring entrepreneurs.

For these purposes, from 2019 to 2023, 971.7 million rubles were allocated, including 49.9 million rubles in 2023. In addition, 10% of farmers’ own funds were allocated for the implementation of projects.

The second direction is subsidies to agricultural consumer cooperatives and processors to reimburse costs incurred associated with the acquisition of property, machinery, equipment and the purchase of agricultural products.

Thanks to this support, since 2019, 82 cooperatives have received subsidies totaling 805.5 million rubles, including 74 cooperatives in the amount of 352.4 million rubles in 2023. 21 units of agricultural machinery, 32 units of specialized vehicles, 54 units of equipment for processing agricultural products, 285 heads of young cattle, 332 heads of heifers, 462 thousand heads of poultry, 384 thousand strawberry seedlings were purchased.
