The Ministry summed up the results of the “Best in the Profession” competition
Today, the Ministry hosted a ceremonial awarding ceremony for the winners of the republican professional skills competition “Best in the Profession.” The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Chairman of the AMO of the Republic of Tatarstan Dilyara Shuvalova.
The competition was traditionally held by the Agrarian Youth Association of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Its goal is to identify the best employees, support and encourage them. In addition, the competition creates a platform for developing professional skills and increasing the prestige of agricultural professions.
The competition days were held at the Kazan State Agrarian University and the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine.
“Agriculture is not only about land and crops, but also about your desire, knowledge and energy that you invest in the development of the agricultural sector. Your choice to become a part of this important industry deserves special respect and recognition. For us, you are already winners, despite the results of this competition. Don't forget that your job is not only about producing food, but also about caring for the future of our society. We count on your professionalism, responsibility and readiness to work,” noted Marat Zyabbarov.
At the first stage, participants answered test tickets in the relevant areas. In the second part, young workers and students demonstrated their professional skills in practice: to correctly diagnose an animal, tell about the disease and provide first veterinary aid, professionally assemble deboning equipment, identify the internal organs of machinery, and quickly set up a milking machine.
The best were identified in several categories. These were:
“The best accountant-economist” - Iskander Ilgamovich Fazliev, Baltasinsky district;
“Best Agronomist” - Maksim Yurievich Maksimov, Baltasinsky district;
“Best machine operator” - Almir Asgatovich Valirakhmanov, Leninogorsk district;
“Best Mechanical Engineer” - Elmira Ilgizovna Ibatova, Sabinsky district;
“Best machine milking operator” - Nikitin Anton Valentinovich, Baltasinsky district;
“The best veterinarian orthopedic surgeon” - Khamidullin Nail Muzipovich, Kukmorsky district;
“Best livestock specialist” - Eroshin Artur Igorevich, Verkhneuslonsky district;
“The best technologist for herd reproduction (operator for artificial insemination of cattle)” - Garapshin Bulat Maratovich, Arsky district;
“The best veterinarian” - Alexandra Vladimirovna Makeeva, Almetyevsky district.
