Yesterday, the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Further Professional Education "TIPKA" began training the heads of regional departments of agriculture and food of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan under the advanced training program "Management of the Agro-Industrial Complex". The courses are intended for heads of agricultural and industrial management departments of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov delivered a welcoming speech to the audience, noting the relevance of this course.
The training was opened by the rector of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Further Professional Education "Tatar Institute for Retraining of Agribusiness Personnel" Nikolai Titov, and presented the training program.
The purpose of the training is to improve the competencies necessary to create and implement an effective mechanism for managing the agro-industrial complex, ensuring an increase in production volumes of the main types of agricultural products.
Deputy Minister Gelyus Bayazitov spoke about the use of modern technologies, digital solutions and digitalization tools to intensively increase the production of quality livestock products.
Deputy Head of the Main Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Nugumanov discussed the topic of epizootic safety of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the department of breeding and animal reproduction, Damir Minnibaev, gave a presentation on the topic: “Improving the economic value of bred animals using advanced genomic testing technologies, the use of sexed semen, and the formation of highly productive herds.”
Separately, typical errors are considered when filling out information on income, expenses, property and property-related obligations by civil servants. Also during the training, the shortcomings identified during the work of the commission of the Republican Expert Group on Anti-Corruption in 2022 and the conclusions based on the results of the work carried out to eliminate them were announced.
Also, during the training process, students considered problems related to the legal protection of entrepreneurship in rural areas, factors of competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the economy that affect its efficiency, and other topical issues that help improve the efficiency of management of the agro-industrial complex of the republic.
