A seed processing complex was opened in the Tyulyachinsky district
Today, the opening ceremony of a seed processing complex took place in the Tyulyachinsky municipal district. This enterprise is a new stage in the development of the August-Tyulyachi agricultural company. The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, the head of Tyulyachinsky district Nazip Khazipov, the general director of the August group of companies Alexander Uskov, the general director of LLC Management Company August-Agro Aidar Galyautdinov.
“We must work for a good harvest for the republic. I would like to congratulate the Tyulyachinsky district, this is a good investment project and it creates additional jobs,” Marat Zyabbarov noted in his speech.
At the new enterprise with a design capacity of 10 tons per hour, it is planned to produce seeds of winter and spring wheat of high reproduction, as well as peas and other crops. The complex is equipped with high-tech equipment, which will be used to carry out multi-stage cleaning and calibration of grain, as well as its multi-layer processing with liquid and powder components of plant protection products.
The project was implemented by the August group of companies on the basis of the August-Tyulyachi agricultural firm near the village of Uzyak. In 2021, an automated grain drying complex with a capacity of 50 tons per hour was built here, allowing for commercial grain cleaning and drying. At the second stage of the project, which started in 2022, a seed production infrastructure was created: a production building and four floor storage warehouses with an area of 2 thousand square meters each, a laboratory building with a weighing room, access roads.
A feature of the new production is a high degree of process automation; flexibility of routes along which products can pass; careful transportation of grain, eliminating its injury during movement; an effective aspiration system and other technological features that ensure the output of high-quality seed material that meets international standards.
The complex’s capacity will allow the production of an average of 25 thousand tons of seeds per year, which will provide quality seeds not only to the Avgust-Agro company itself, but also to other agricultural producers in the republic.
