The 25th Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition “Golden Autumn – 2023” has begun
At the site of the Russian State Agrarian University-Moscow Agricultural Academy named after Timiryazev, the anniversary 25th Russian agro-industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn - 2023” started in Moscow. The key event in the Russian agro-industrial complex traditionally represents the main achievements of the industry in the field of crop and livestock production, technical and scientific development.
In the exhibition, which occupies a total of 12 thousand square meters in educational buildings and open areas of the academy, 100 exhibitors - regions and organizations of the agro-industrial complex - take part.
A delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov is taking part in the exhibition.
The stand of the Republic of Tatarstan is represented by 9 enterprises: “Yaratel”, “ZMK”, “KZhK”, “TatSpirtProm”, “Honey of Tatarstan”, “Gifts of Volga”, “KAUSAR”, “VAMIN”, “Healthy Products Factory”.
The temporary pavilion houses an exhibition of animal husbandry, where everyone can get acquainted with the best breeds of horses, large and small cattle, poultry, fur-bearing animals, as well as a variety of aquaculture. In addition, at the exhibition you can evaluate the results of the work of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of agriculture, their unique products and learn more about the development of agriculture in the regions.
A rich business program will allow for a comprehensive discussion of a wide range of industry issues. Today, in particular, experts and market participants will consider such topics as the expansion of the use of natural gas in the agricultural sector, the development of the farming movement in Russia, the production of organic products, approaches to evaluating export-oriented investment projects and other areas. In addition, a plenary session “Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex” will be held, at which representatives of legislative and executive authorities, banking structures, public organizations and agribusiness will discuss measures aimed at increasing the role of rural women in the agricultural sector. Also at the Golden Autumn site there will be an award ceremony for the winners of the All-Russian competition “Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex”.
Tomorrow, as expected, the exhibition will be visited by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, who will get acquainted with the achievements of the agro-industrial complex and take part in a plenary session on the topic “Investing in the future: a modern view of agricultural education.” During the event, Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev will talk about the development of industry education and priority tasks in the field of personnel and scientific support for the agro-industrial complex.
The 25th Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition “Golden Autumn – 2023” will run until October 7 inclusive. On October 4, 6 and 7, everyone can visit temporary pavilions with expositions of livestock farming, regions and companies.
