Shamil Gafarov on digitalization: "The effect will be unambiguous"
Today, on the basis of LLC "Tukaevsky" of the Atninsky municipal district, a zonal seminar was held - a meeting at which they talked about the best practices for digitalization of agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, General Director of JSC "RIVC" Niyaz Khaliullin, heads of farms.
The livestock complex Tukaevsky LLC is one of the best not only in the region, but also in the republic in terms of the implementation of digital solutions. Here, the meeting participants were shown a dairy complex for 2,400 heads with a carousel-type milking parlor. They also showed 2 calves for 400 and 600 heads, respectively. As the head of the farm Ilfat Khakimov said, much attention is paid to the introduction of modern technologies, digitalization and automation of processes, which allows to control all processes.
“Today we have gathered here to assess the impact of digitalization on the economy of the agro-industrial complex and get acquainted with the best practices implemented in real business. We were not only able to achieve significant economic effects thanks to our work, but also identified areas where we need to continue to improve and catch up,” said Marat Zyabbarov at the plenary part of the meeting.
According to the results of the 2nd quarter of 2022, the republic took first place in the rating of digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex and 2nd place in the Skolkovo rating in terms of innovativeness of the regions of the agro-industrial complex.
As part of the year of digitalization, the ministry was given several important tasks. The main goal was not just to digitize for the sake of digitalization, but to achieve growth in the productivity of the agro-industrial complex.
To this end, the following support tools for farmers have been developed: an automation support program for agribusiness, a professional development program for farm managers, and a state information system for the agro-industrial complex.
Marat Zyabbarov noted that it is difficult to assess the full economic effect that was achieved as a result of the activities carried out over such a short period of time. However, it can already be said that the practice has had a positive impact on the economy.
“In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that only through joint efforts and conscious decisions can we maintain our leading position and succeed in the future. We must do everything possible for the development and prosperity of Tatarstan!” - said Marat Zyabbarov.
Further, the Deputy Director of Tugan Yak LLC Ranis Khaliullin made a report. He spoke about the economic efficiency of introducing an individual milk accounting system and a group milk accounting system.”
Ilnur Fatykhov, Director of Livestock Production at APC Food Program LLC, presented the RM Farm ecosystem, which is already being implemented at the enterprise.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov delivered a closing speech. He noted that the introduction of digitalization is not a tribute to fashion, but a necessity, without which it is impossible to develop not only the agro-industrial complex, but also the country as a whole.
“We picked up software solutions, adopted them and moved towards the digitalization of agriculture. This is a big volume of work. You need to go step by step, and the effect will definitely come. We need to work purposefully, proceeding from the decisions that we discussed today, proceeding from the proposals that we heard at the meeting today. Everything is in our hands, if only there was a desire, if only we would go towards one common goal - we will succeed, there is no doubt about that, ”summed up Shamil Gafarov.
