At the enterprises of Agrosila, the AGRO lean production system has been introduced since 2014. Since the introduction of the system, the economic effect is estimated at 2 billion 483.46 million rubles. In total, 6,674 employees were trained in lean manufacturing tools, 705 projects were initiated and opened, 36,258 proposals were submitted, and 28,292 proposals were implemented.
In 2022, a training center was put into operation as part of lean production. Training is carried out in form of trainings with the presentation of theoretical material and development in practice. Groups of employees from different enterprises are formed for training.
All implemented projects are aimed at reducing fixed and variable costs, increasing production performance. Thus, the most successful implemented projects included an increase in meat production in live weight by 500 tons (up to 126,550 tons per year), an increase in barley yield by 2.8%, wheat by 2.7% due to differentiated application of fertilizers according to maps - tasks, the use of the senication method in order to increase the sugar content of sugar beet roots.
Lean production is organized at a high level in JSC "Agrosila-Service", where, within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity". Also in 2022, an agreement was signed on participation in the national project "Labor Productivity" LLC "Agrofirma" Aznakay ". As a result of the implementation of the pilot project at the ITC "Aznakay", milk yields have been increased from 63 thousand tons per day to 73 thousand tons.
Recall that at the first stage, the program of the AGRO production system included Chelny-Broiler LLC, Tukaevsky Plemreproductor LLC, Naberezhnochelninsky Incubator LLC, Zainsky Sakhar OJSC, Naberezhnochelninsky Elevator OJSC, Aktyshskoe OJSC and LLC "Seed Plant" In 2017, other enterprises of the holding began to connect to the AGRO system, now all Agrosila enterprises implement lean production tools.
Among the current goals of lean manufacturing for 2023 are to achieve an economic effect from the implementation of projects in the amount of at least 355 million rubles, standardize processes, and continue work on the implementation of kaizen proposals. Also this year it is planned to develop new training programs for equipment maintenance and standardized work, to continue participation in the national project "Labor Productivity".
