The best graduates of the “School of the Farmer” of the RSHB in Tatarstan received grants for the development of agribusiness
Today in Kazan, three best graduates of the third stream of the educational project "Farmer's School" were awarded certificates for receiving a grant. The project was implemented by Rosselkhozbank together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan State Agrarian University. 40 students were trained at the School in two areas - Cattle Breeding, Poultry Farming.
Following the decision of the expert commission, three business projects presented by the graduates of the Farmer's School were recognized as the best. One of the grantees, Azat Burkhanov, plans to open a farm in the Baltasinsky district for the production of milk, cattle meat and horses. Anastasia Alexandrova and Lilia Dmitrieva successfully presented projects for the development of a family poultry farm. In the first case - for fattening young chickens for egg production and broilers, and in the second - for the development of a family poultry farm for the production of poultry meat.
The rector of the Kazan State Agrarian University Airat Valiev also noted the high importance of the educational project: "We have already conducted three streams of training at the Farmer's School, and the graduates' feedback on the project is only positive."
A graduate of the School of the Farmer, which is engaged in poultry farming, Lilia Dmitrieva confirmed the words of the rector. The "Farmer's School" is a platform where you can get a whole range of knowledge both in theory and in practice. This knowledge, which we could collect bit by bit, was put together here,” she said.
As a result of the Farmer's School, students improved their financial literacy, studied the legal aspects of doing business, accounting and reporting, product certification, foreign farming experience, methods of effective sales, drew up business plans and successfully defended it.
In addition, they got acquainted with modern trends, such as branding and promotion, launching an advertising campaign, creating a website and mobile applications, entering electronic trading platforms, including the marketplaces of Rosselkhozbank Svoe Rodnoe and Svoe Fermerstvo.
According to the organizers, the third stream of training has been successfully completed, this fall in Tatarstan it is planned to conduct a selection for training in the fourth stream of the Farmer's School.
