Rostselmash and the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan summed up the results of cooperation in 2022 and outlined plans for the near future
A working meeting of the company's General Director Valery Maltsev and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic Rafael Fattakhov took place in Kazan.
The parties noted that last year the supply of combines, tractors, trailers and attachments fully met the needs of consumers in the products of the engineering company. This year, the manufacturer is also conducting a productive dialogue with farmers. The necessary equipment is available at the dealer center site.
Rafael Fattakhov highly appreciated the cooperation between the agro-industrial complex of the Republic and Rostselmash in matters of service provision. The infrastructure being created in the region, in particular, a modern dealer center opened in the region in 2021, ensures the maximum productivity of agricultural equipment during the field work period.
Valery Maltsev said that the company and its regional partners are planning further development, building a new dealer center according to the company's standards.
High appreciation was also given to the active position of Rostselmash in the field of training personnel for agriculture. The manufacturer fully fulfills the agreements reached earlier under the Education program. In particular, last year Rostselmash updated the corporate audience, which has been working at Kazan State Agrarian University since 2016. From 2020 a corporate class was opened at the Arsk Agro-Industrial College, and in 2022, modern harvesting machines were delivered to the Kukmor Agrarian College. Teachers have the opportunity to undergo internships at the Rostselmash Academy.
In general, Rostselmash and the agro-industrial complex of the Republic have developed strong partnerships. In the previous five years alone, the company supplied farmers with about 900 modern agricultural machines. Rostselmash and the Ministry of Agriculture of Tatarstan are closely cooperating in promoting advanced technologies to the fields. Agrarians of the region participate in demonstrations of equipment, visit the production site under the One Day at Rostselmash program. And the company participates in all significant agricultural events of the Republic, such as the TatAgroExpo exhibition, which will open next week.
