Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the livestock industry for 10 months of 2022. The meeting was held by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov.
The event was attended by livestock consultants, heads of selection and breeding services of the departments of agriculture and food in municipal districts .
The head of the livestock sector development department, Siren Nigmatzyanov, briefed on the results of the livestock sector for 10 months. In his speech, he focused on the issues of milk and meat production, as well as the analysis of the work of farms.
To date, the number of cattle in the republic is 634.9 thousand heads, including cows - 223.3 thousand heads, pigs - 455 thousand heads, sheep - 47 thousand heads, horses - 19.2 thousand heads, birds - 15.4 million heads.
During the meeting, the districts-leaders in increasing the number of cattle for 10 months of this year were named. They were Kukmorsky, Mamadyshsky, Sabinsky, Baltasinsky, Yelabuga, Nizhnekamsky, Aznakaevsky districts. Areas that allow a decrease in the number of livestock have been reprimanded.
Agricultural formations for 10 months of this year produced 1264 thousand tons of milk. Baltasinsky, Sabinsky, Kukmorsky, Atninsky, Mamadyshsky districts were among the first in milk production.
At the end of the meeting, those present were invited to a training session on the topic "Modern technologies on the farm - the way to big milk", which will be held from November 21 to 23 in the Sabinsky district.
