Agrosila brewed the first batch of semi-hard cheeses

In August, a test launch of a line of semi-hard cheeses took place, and on September 14

LLC "Agrosila-Moloko", which is part of the holding, carried out the first brewing. It will take specialists a month to develop the technology, the cheese maturation period will be 45 days. After the line enters commercial operation, the production capacity will be up to 10 tons per day.

The assortment includes Dutch, Russian, Gouda, Creamy, Edam, Light, Tilsiter cheeses, which will hit the shelves under the Agrosila trademark. Cheeses are planned to be packaged in 3.75 kg, 5 kg, 7.5 kg, 15 kg, and small cuts of 180 g are also provided.

Cheeses are made only from natural milk, according to traditional technology. For the production, the holding acquired the Austrian automated BERTSCH line, which is distinguished by careful handling of natural dairy products and high technical standards. As a result, the finished product is of high quality and safe.

Recall that this year Agrosila launched a line of pickled cheeses. The El Greco pickled cheese, produced under the Agrosila trademark, was highly appreciated not only by buyers, but also by the expert community. In July of this year, El Greco won the contest "The Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" in the nomination "Food Products".

The implementation of the project for the construction of a line of brine and a line of semi-hard cheeses as part of the Development Strategy of the holding and the diversification of dairy production began in 2020. The total investment in this project is 1,490.7 million rubles.
