President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the course of harvesting in the fields of Vysokogorsky municipal district today.
Accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Rustam Minnikhanov inspected fields of the region, where 57 combines are involved in grain harvesting today. The average grain yield is 31 q/ha.
As the head of the executive committee of the Vysokogorsky district Ravil Khisamutdinov reported, today 47% of the area has been cleaned.
On the fields of CJSC Biryuli, a meeting was held with machine operators involved in harvesting, as well as heads of rural settlements, heads of farms and investors in the region.
Rustam Minnikhanov was informed that there are 13.4 thousand heads of cattle in the Vysokogorsky district, there is a slight decrease in the number of livestock compared to last year.
In private farms, there is also a decrease in the number of cattle.
The President of Tatarstan noted that today it is important to pay special attention to the procurement of fodder, as well as to create feed centers.
Speaking in general about the development of the Vysokogorsky district and its proximity to the capital of the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that it is necessary to think about creating new industries, industrial parks - new jobs are needed so that local residents do not have to go to the city every day to work.
The Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Zyabbarov, informed Rustam Minnikhanov that the harvesting was in full swing. To date, 2.5 million tons have been threshed in the republic.
As part of a working trip to the Vysokogorsky district, Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the keys to new tractors to the leaders of rural settlements - the winners of the republican competition.
In the Vysokogorsky district this year Aldermyshskoye, Bolshebitamanskoye, Suksinskoye, Memdelskoye rural settlements received tractors. These municipalities became the winners of the republican competition held by the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" (the competition has been held annually since 2013 - the best municipalities of the republic receive grants to solve urgent development problems; many settlements use these funds to purchase tractors).
The amount of the grant is 1.5 million rubles for rural settlements, and 2 million rubles for urban-type settlements that are not administrative centers. In 2022, MTZ-82.1 tractors (diesel engine) for agricultural work were purchased with grant funds.
Rustam Minnikhanov also asked about the wages of combine operators. According to the leadership of the agricultural cooperative, workers receive up to 250 thousand rubles per season.
The head of the district, Sergei Dimitriev, reported that in the whole district, 45% of the area has been threshed. In total, 35,000 hectares are to be harvested, including corn for grain. To date, almost 65 thousand tons of crops (barley, rye, peas, triticale and winter wheat) have been harvested, the average yield is 42 centners per hectare. 88 units of equipment are involved in the work.
Meanwhile, soil preparation for sowing winter crops continues. The planned sowing area is 5 thousand hectares. All seeds, fertilizers and fuel for machinery are available in sufficient volume.
Sergey Dimitriev added that the area is actively working on the development of feeding centers. The task is to create feed centers in each settlement. Today, there are 40 thousand head of cattle in the region, including 14 thousand dairy cows. In the coming years, it is planned to increase the number of cows to 20 thousand and increase milk production to 500 tons per day.
Marat Zyabbarov noted that Kukmor district ranks 9th in the rating of agricultural efficiency. Work is actively carried out on grants and the integrated development of rural areas.
Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Kukmor region. “You are an example in many ways. Both in agriculture and business. The main thing is not to slow down the momentum. Active, hardworking people live in the Kukmor region. I wish you further success,” the President of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized.
In addition, Rustam Minnikhanov visited the dairy park Monokorm in the village of Chura. The facility was built as part of the municipal program "Restore the Native Village", aimed at preserving livestock in private farms. The complex was put into operation this year. Monthly net profit reaches 1 million rubles. A total of 6 buildings were built, each of which is designed for 24 cows. All cowsheds are leased by members of the Monokorm agricultural cooperative.
