The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs the owners of agricultural land, especially those who allowed the land to grow over, about the increase in fire safety fines.
The increase in fines will also affect officials and legal entities. Now officials will be required to pay a fine for violation of fire safety requirements in the amount of 20,000 to 30,000 rubles, persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity - from 40,000 to 60,000 rubles and legal entities - from 300,000 to 400,000 rubles.
In order to avoid the occurrence of fires, if there are trees and shrubs, dead wood on agricultural lands, it is necessary to carry out soil cultivation. Also, the non-use of agricultural land entails the application by the Tax Service of an increased land tax rate of 1.5% of the cadastral value instead of 0.3%.
