Rosselkhozbank will continue preferential lending for seasonal work in Tatarstan at a rate of up to 5%
Despite the increase of the key rate to 20%, Rosselkhozbank will provide preferential loans for seasonal work in the agro-industrial complex on the same preferential terms - no more than 5%.
The bank operates as usual and continues to finance the seasonal field work of farmers by issuing short-term loans, including those at a reduced rate in accordance with Government Decree No. 1528.

As a supporting bank of the agro-industrial complex, we understand our special responsibility to the agricultural sector. Farmers remain a priority for us. At the same time, we pay special attention to small and medium-sized businesses, realizing that it is more difficult for them to adapt to changing conditions,” commented Irina Zhachkina, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Rosselkhozbank.
In 2021, Rosselkhozbank financed the country's agro-industrial complex for a record 1.7 trillion rubles. Of these, about 610 billion rubles accounted for seasonal work.
In 2021, Rosselkhozbank supported the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan by 21 billion rubles. Of these, 14.3 billion rubles were spent on seasonal work. As part of concessional lending, the Tatarstan branch of the Russian Agricultural Bank issued 19 billion rubles in 2021, which is 41% more than in the previous calendar year. Of these, 4.5 billion rubles were received by small businesses, which is 7 times more than in 2020.
Currently Rosselkhozbank occupies a leading position in the region in the implementation of the program of concessional short-term lending. The branch's share in the regional market is 50%, including 81% for small farms loans.
In general, farmers take complex loans for the purchase of fuels and lubricants, seeds, fertilizers, spare parts, feed, etc., however, the bank offers various products, including targeted loans for certain jobs or individual loans for crop and livestock farms.
