Agrosila plans to launch self-service branded stores

AGROSILA plans to open brand stores in a new format. They will appear in Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Kazan, Tuymazy, Oktyabrsky and Yelabuga. In total, the holding has 42 branded stores, 32 of which have been completely rebranded, and in 2022 16 new outlets will be opened in a completely new format - self-service stores with goods of third-party suppliers. The concept of AGROSILA was based on the desire to satisfy the needs of a buyer comprehensively, relieving him of the need to visit other stores with related products. About 7 stores of the current format will be reorganized according to the new concept.

 

In 2021, the AGROSILA branded network sold 11.8 thousand tons of products worth 1.4 billion rubles. The holding's stores were visited by more than 2.1 million customers and for the first time the volume of sales of products of deep processing exceeded the volume of "raw".

 

The development of the branded network in 2022 will go beyond the borders of Tatarstan. Thus, it is planned to launch stores in the cities of Bashkortostan and improve the position of recognition in this region. The holding will also work towards the modernization of all business processes in company stores, from the acceptance of goods and control of expiration dates to accounting and dispensing of goods. This is expected to improve the quality and speed of service and help ensure that a wide range of products is always available.
