From February 24 to February 25, the IV Specialized Agricultural Exhibition of Agricultural Achievements - TatAgroExpo - will be held on the territory of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center.
Over the course of two days, 208 companies from 33 regions of Russia will demonstrate their products, technologies and solutions for efficient farming and animal husbandry on an area of over 25,000 square meters. The main idea of the event is to bring together all representatives of the agro-industrial complex of Russia for live communication, exchange of experience and demonstration of the achievements of enterprises.
The key place in the exposition of the exhibition will be occupied by agricultural machinery and equipment for various sectors of the agro-industrial complex with countless new products from such domestic and foreign brands as: Rostselmash, Kirovets, John Deere, Case, New Holland, Lemken, Horsh, Belarus, Almaz, Amazone, Kuhn, JCB, Fog, Dieci, Fliegl, Torum, Orthman, and many more. This extensive section will present: tillage equipment, seeders, sprayers, spreaders of mineral and organic fertilizers and other plant care equipment, grain and forage harvesters, as well as means for transporting and storing crops from 70 manufacturing companies and suppliers.
Many new solutions will be presented in other sections of the exhibition. For example, the Continental Group of Companies is presenting its own Digital Farm development, which has no analogues in Russia, which will allow farmers to manage farm virtually from the smartphone. The current trends in the field of animal husbandry, hydraulic machines for processing cow hooves, a mattress system for cattle, and devices for artificial insemination will be presented. And at the stand of the MASTERRIND company, those who wish will be able to find out the details and conclude a deal on the supply of Holstein heifers from Germany.
Market leaders in fertilizers, protection products, seeds and planting material will also offer a wide range of their products. And in the section of small forms of management and processing of agricultural products, it will be possible to purchase the best products of Tatarstan (meat, dairy, oil and fat, bakery).
Branch scientific and educational institutions of the republic (KGAU, KGAVM, KSPEU TIPKA, KFU and KKI RUK) will be represented by a separate single block "Science and Education", in which they will present their achievements and projects. Here KSAU will present its own educational programs with a digital component, which is especially important in the Year of Digitalization, and will talk about its unique project "Agrobiotechnopark".
Scientific developments in the most topical areas of animal bioprotection and increasing the efficiency of dairy farming through selection, genomic technologies for health savings will be shared by KGAVM. Among other things, universities will present technologies for processing waste on farms, developments in the field of formation of fish resources and opportunities to improve the quality of nutrition of the population due to this. It will also be possible to get acquainted with the working models and equipment of these projects: an aquarium with clariid catfish grown in small recirculating water supply systems, models of plants for processing agricultural waste and producing protein from insects, biological products, tools for determining soil activity and much more.
Traditionally, the exhibition will be accompanied by an extensive business program that will cover all the main areas of the agro-industrial complex. In total, more than 20 sections, round tables, lectures will be held, which will cover the main topics for the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan and Russia, including the prospects for exporting products, digitalization of the agro-industrial complex, energy saving, research and development, personnel issues and others. Alena Vladimirskaya, the founder of the Fanancy service and the Pruffi recruiting agency, will hold a unique lecture hall on career guidance and recruitment for future specialists in the agricultural industry.
This time, business events will differ not only in a variety of important topics, but also in formats. So, for the first time at the exhibition, part of the seminars will be held in one of the exhibition halls of the Expocentre. A lot of practically important events will take place in this block. For example, Nikolai Zelensky, a member of the Council for Saving Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, will talk about the technology of binary crops in the no-till system. The general sponsor of the exhibition - the complex of the chemical industry JSC "Ammoniy" - will present an agro-consulting service that will improve processes in the precision farming. The PhosAgro agronomist will tell about the problems of mineral nutrition of agricultural crops in Tatarstan. Also in this zone, for the first time, a unique Science Slam format will be held, where young scientists and students of agricultural universities will talk about the main scientific ideas of our time and their own scientific research. All events will be broadcast online on the exhibition website.
The central event of the business program will be an expanded meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, which will be attended by heads of ministries and departments, heads of districts, as well as heads of agricultural holdings of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The TatAgroExpo exhibition will become a platform for effective dialogue between agricultural producers, representatives of science, business and sectoral ministries and departments, exchange of best practices and professional development of agricultural specialists, negotiations with potential partners and presentation of new projects.

The event will comply with all necessary sanitary and epidemiological requirements: temperature checkup, use of antiseptics, medical masks and gloves, and social distancing.
