Marat Zyabbarov: "Sarmanovsky district has the best opportunities for the successful development of rural entrepreneurship"
A working trip to the Sarmanovsky district of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov began with a visit to the Sarmanovsky site of PK Agromaster LLC. After that, he got acquainted with the production workshop of "Sarman-Myaso" LLC, met with farmers of the region. Then a meeting of the Sarmanovsky District Council was held, where the results of 2021 were summed up.
“The district has worsened its position in animal husbandry. At the end of last year, the number of cattle decreased by 1483 heads and made up 9523 heads (87%), including 3243 heads of cows, a reduction of 483 heads (87%). Over the past year, the volume of milk yields decreased by 3.8 thousand tons - 18.1 thousand tons of products were produced,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
To date, the farms of the district get about 44.8 tons of milk, which is 10 tons less than the same period last year. The productivity of cows is currently 14.8 kg (RT - 17.7 kg), Sarmanovsky district ranks 23rd among the regions of the republic.
Marat Zyabbarov stressed the need to increase the number of cows. In terms of density, the district is 2 times behind the average republican level. The reduction in the number of livestock in personal subsidiary farms is also a cause for concern.
“Particular attention should be paid to the development of small forms of management. The leadership of the district and the heads of rural settlements need to increase responsibility and activity in this matter. Compared to other regions, you have the best opportunities for the successful development of rural entrepreneurship,” the minister urged.
