The best state civil servant works in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan

On September 22, the opening ceremony of the contest "The Best State civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held at Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, on the basis of the Higher School of Public and Municipal Administration.

The participants of the republican competition were 50 employees nominated by the heads of state bodies of the republic, who are already considered among the best employees within the departments. However, during the competition, employees had to demonstrate their knowledge and skills step by step, as well as prove their best qualities, and become one of the 12 possible winners of the competition.

The competition was held in 2 stages. At the first stage, personal data, knowledge of state and foreign languages, legislation, professional competencies and skills of work in a team were evaluated. The participants with a highest number of points pass to the second stage, where they will have to prepare and present projects aimed at development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the results of the first stage, 36 contestants advanced to the second stage of the Competition. At the second stage, they had to submit a personal competitive work for evaluation and review by the Competition Commission.

 

Ilnur Renatovich Safin, the leading adviser of the livestock and energy resources mechanization sector of the Department of Engineering and Technical support of the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, was recognized as one of the winners of the competition in the nomination "Organizational, informational, documentary, financial, economic and other support for the activities of state bodies" with the theme: "Unified Data analysis system". Azat Shaidullov, a leading consultant of the Audit and Anti-Corruption Work Department, was also awarded for his active participation in the competition.
