Work of the agrochemical service of the Republic of Tatarstan is recognized as the best in Russia
The XXIII All-Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition "Golden Autumn -2021", the largest event in Russia in the field of agriculture, took place from October 5 to 8.
The highest award – a Gold medal and a diploma of the winner of the main agricultural exhibition "Golden Autumn-2021" was awarded to the Federal State Institution "Center of Agrochemical Service "Tatarsky" subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, which presented its achievements and results on soil liming in the Republic of Tatarstan in the nomination "Carrying out activities on agrochemical reclamation - liming of soils".
For almost 60 years, the Tatarsky agrochemical service has been carrying out design work, supervising the quality of work performed, providing methodological and practical assistance to agricultural producers not only in the Republic of Tatarstan, but also in other regions of the Volga Federal District, on the effective use of chemical meliorants - liming, determining their scientifically justified need.
In the current 2021, an agrochemical survey of arable land on an area of 813 thousand hectares was conducted in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is the highest indicator among the regions of the Russian Federation.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, acidic soils are limed annually on an area of more than 80 thousand hectares. This year, liming is planned on an area of about 90.0 thousand hectares, of which 80% has been processed. Work on deoxidation of soils continues. Based on the conducted experiments, it has been established that chemical reclamation provides an increase in the yield of grain crops up to 0.6 t / ha, green mass of corn - up to 4.5 c / ha.
