Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the exhibitors of the international agro-industrial exhibition "Agrovolga-2021"
The stands and expositions of the participating companies of the international agro-industrial exhibition "Agrovolga-2021" were visited today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
"Agrovolga-2021" is a comprehensive event that includes an open-air agro-industrial exhibition and a business forum at the sites of the modern expo center. The three-day program includes a demonstration of achievements and new technologies of agriculture, exchange of experience for identifying and solving industry business problems.
The exhibition opened on the territory of the Kazan Expo IEC (July 1-3, 2021). It is attended by 304 organizations from 30 regions of Russia. The exposition of the exhibition is divided into blocks according to the main directions of the agro-industrial complex. In particular, the developments of companies specializing in crop production, animal husbandry, processing, veterinary medicine, seed production, agricultural machinery and components are presented.
57 manufacturers and suppliers demonstrate 340 units of agricultural machinery. The regional competition "Tractor Show" will be held at the exhibition for the first time, where machine operators from all regions of Tatarstan will compete for the title of the best tractor driver. The "Animal husbandry" block is represented by 38 farms from 14 districts of Tatarstan. For the first time, a large-scale competition of breeding cattle with the participation of 93 animals from 12 districts of the republic is being held here.
As part of the exhibition inspection, Rustam Minnikhanov and his accompanying persons examined the stand of the company "August" - this is the largest Russian company for the development, production and information technology support of the use of chemical plant protection products.
Then he visited the exposition of the plant for the production of ammonium fertilizers and saltpeter "Ammonium", PhosAgro (production of phosphorus-containing fertilizers), the stand of the Efko group of companies, got acquainted with the modern products of JSC Tatspirtprom, including those produced for export.
Then Rustam Minnikhanov examined samples of agricultural machinery from the participating companies of the exhibition, including the stand of MTZ (production and sale of tractors in the Republic of Belarus).
In addition, this year the exhibition is attended by representatives of small businesses, there are stands of the self-employed- they present products of their own production.
In the "Crop production" block, Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the products and services of specialized companies engaged in seed breeding. He was also told about the activities of the Center for Agroecological Research (CAI) of the Kazan State Agrarian University (monitoring of soil condition, assessment of the biochemical composition and quality of products, diagnostics of phytopathogens, pests and weeds). Here, the President of Tatarstan took a memorable photo with the winners of the regional stage of the AgroNTI competition (an All-Russian competition for students of rural schools and small towns).
