Students of the 3rd year of the Kazan State Agrarian University undergo practical training at farms of the republic.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, 206 people were sent to the production practice – these are future engineers and agronomists. 57 of them are target users.

Sufficient conditions were created on the farms for successful practical training.

So, Insaf Nuriyev and Yadkar Idiyatov are interning at Ak Bars Agro LLC in Arsky district.

"I have a contract with this farm. According to it, I receive a scholarship from the farm during my studies, and after graduation I will come here to work. I will be obliged to work here for 5 years," says Insaf Nuriyev.

He was born in the village of Sikertan and chose his future profession consciously. His father worked all his life on the farm - as a machine operator, foreman, manager. And he often took his son with him. And when Insaf was given a tractor MTZ-1221 of 2006, and his friend Yadkar Idiyatov-MTZ-82 of 1986, the guys did not lose heart. Yes, tractors often break down - the machines are old, but there is a thing - all the components and parts of these machines will pass through hands of the guys. And this will give confidence in their abilities in the future.

These days, the guys participate in field work on an equal level with other machine operators. They come by 5.30, prepare their tractors, and return home closer to sunset.

Insaf knows that agricultural labor is not easy. But there is also a lot of attractive things about it. "The most important thing is that you are aware of yourself as a participant in a big and important business – you grow bread, feed the country. This is a serious incentive, " Insaf said.

And the future engineer Nailya Zakirova was sent to practice in the subsidiary of LLC agroindustrial Complex "Prodprogram" - LLC "Remagro".

- To begin with, we were given a tour of this large farm. I'm a city girl, I'm only familiar with the village from my trips to my grandmother's. So I was interested in everything: how cows are milked in milking parlors, how sowing takes place, how equipment is prepared for forage harvesting, " she says.

Naila, along with other students, washed and repaired the nozzles for milking machines, and then took up office work and maintenance of technical documentation.
