Field processing monitoring service was launched in Tatarstan
Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov announced this during the meeting. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Fattakhov, Head of the Department for Development of Agriculture Industries Irek Sadykov, representatives of regional agricultural administrations, investors and other responsible persons.
During the meeting, they analyzed the situation on monitoring sprayers in the regions.
Recall that the monitoring service for sprayers was created in order to increase yields and control the frequency of treatment of fields by sprayers. Farms that join the system will receive an increased coefficient of state support.
To stimulate the implementation of regulatory crop treatments, the following conditions must be met:
Organize certification of fields
Submit an application for connection to the monitoring system
Conclude an agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan
Fulfill terms of the agreement
Get additional financial support
The program was launched within the framework of the Agropolia project. The technology is connected with a geographic information system, where specialists keep field passports and indicate what kind of crop and processing should be there, as well as with the GLONASS system, it will be possible to track whether the field was sprayed or not. Specialists of the Russian Agricultural Center for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and regional departments of agriculture are involved in the monitoring work.
Currently, the subordinate institution of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC "Republican Information and Computing Center" has released a training video for the heads of district departments, managers and specialists of agricultural enterprises. In it, specialists tell in detail how to apply for monitoring sprayers, enter your personal account and work in the service.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that in order to apply for the monitoring of sprayers, farmers need to go through 4 stages:
- registration on the Agropoliya portal;
- 100% certification of fields in the GIS system in the personal account of the portal;
- filing an application for spraying;
- registration of equipment.
