Today the hero of our column "People of Labor" is Shaydullin Shamil Zainullovich, who has worked for half a century in agriculture. Today, April 6, Shamil Shaydullin turns 73 years old.
Shaydullin Shamil Zainullovich began his labor biography at the age of 16, in 1966 he became a driver of the collective farm Tukaya, Chistopol region, TASSR.
For ten years he was a teacher in the village of Chuvashsky Eltan and in his native village of Adelshino - he taught labor, mathematics and physics. As a teacher, he fostered in students love for their native land, respect for rural labor. Now many of his former students are the best engineers, agronomists, mechanics and livestock breeders. In a rural school he met his future wife Munira, a graduate of the Kazan Pedagogical Institute.
Then, since 1980, for 12 years, Shamil Zainullovich had party work - he was the secretary of the party committee of the collective farm named after Tukay, chairman of the Adelshinsky village council. Considering his business qualities, organizational skills, fellow villagers in 1992 elected him the chairman of the Tukay collective farm. During the eight years of his leadership on the farm, the yield of grain and fodder crops and the productivity of livestock have significantly increased.
During the period of leadership in the economy, a lot of work was carried out to strengthen the material and technical base of the economy. A warehouse of mineral fertilizers, a garage, a covered current of 2000 square meters were built, asphalting of the grain flow and seed warehouses was carried out.
During the years of leadership, Shamil Shaydullin made a great contribution to the gasification of apartments and residential buildings in the settlement. A gas distribution point was built, a 7 km gas pipeline was laid from the village of Adelshino to the village of Shentala. Two bridges, houses, apartments, a mosque were built in the village Adelshino. Asphalting of Muslyumkino-Adelshino roads and on-farm roads has been carried out.
Those were difficult times. Even in those years when many people did not receive salary, the collective farm managed to stay afloat, find options, not leave people alone with problems that arose.
Since 2000, he headed the Chistopolagrokhim enterprise, which was engaged in the extraction of limestone material, processing, delivery of organic fertilizers, plant protection products, and soil liming. Limestone was mined in two quarries - in Chistopolsky and Novosheshminsky districts. A powerful production and technical base made it possible to fully meet the needs for limestone flour in the economy of these regions, as well as in Nizhnekamsk and Aznakaevsk.
During the labor activity of Shamil Shaydullin, based on the results of work, his team annually won prizes in the republic for liming acidic soils and extraction of lime material.
