592 employees of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan were vaccinated against coronavirus

592 employees of the agro-industrial complex of the republic were vaccinated against coronavirus infection.

The first vaccine was recently made by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. “There were no complications. There were no issues”, the minister said and recommended to his colleagues to use an effective measure to protect themselves and their loved ones from a dangerous disease.

According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of March 9 of this year, the number of employees of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan who have been vaccinated against coronavirus infection is 592 people. Most of the workers are vaccinated at Chelny-Broiler LLC.

The total number of workers who are planning to be vaccinated is 2533.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds that the vaccination campaign continues. More than 150 vaccination centers work daily in the republic.

- Vaccination is carried out on a free and voluntary basis and is allowed for persons over 18 years of age

-The interval between the first and second vaccinations is 21 days, excluding 1 day of vaccination;

- According to the latest data, the effectiveness of the Sputnik V vaccine is 91.4%, and in the prevention of severe forms and deaths, the effectiveness is 100%;

- The vaccine is a recombinant human adenovirus particle that contains protein S, the envelope protein of the coronavirus against which antibodies are produced. The vaccine does not contain the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, so it is impossible to get sick after vaccination;

- Information about vaccination is entered into the federal register of those vaccinated against coronavirus infection and, based on the data on the State Services portal, an electronic certificate of vaccination is generated in the personal account of the vaccinated citizen.
