Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Drozhzhanovsky district.
In the foyer of the district house of culture, an exhibition of products of agricultural enterprises of the district was organized.
Then Marat Zyabbarov took part in a meeting of the Council of the Drozhzhanovsky district on the results of socio-economic development for 2020 and tasks for 2021.
This year, the region's farmers have obtained a peak harvest of grain crops - more than 128 thousand tons with an average yield of 33.8 centners per hectare. A good harvest of sugar beet was collected - 95 thousand tons (345 centners per hectare). More than 7 thousand tons of oilseeds were harvested. A solid foundation has been laid for the 2021 harvest. More than 10 thousand tons of seeds of spring grain crops were filled in. More than 2 thousand tons of highly productive seeds were purchased to renew the seed material.
The final meeting was opened by the head of Drozhzhanovsky district Marat Gafarov.
He began his speech with words of gratitude to the President and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for support and assistance in solving the vital issues of the villagers.
“The main share of the predicted values of socio-economic indicators falls on the agricultural sector. It employs 30% of the population. 5 agricultural enterprises of various forms of ownership and 60 peasant farms are successfully operating in the region. The socio-economic indicators of the past year indicate that the agricultural sector has good potential for further development. The volume of gross agricultural output in 2020 amounted to 2.6 billion rubles, with an increase of 6%. At the end of the year, the region's agro-industrial complex ranks 23rd in the republic, ”said the head of the region Marat Gafarov.
It should be noted that in the Drozhzhanovsky region, a predominantly rural way of life is preserved, it’s based on keeping cattle in farmsteads. So, as of January 1, 2021, there are 16,314 heads of cattle in the district's personal subsidiary farms, including 5,313 dairy cows.
According to Marat Gafarov, peasant farms make a positive contribution to the development of small business in the region. There are 101 registered peasant farms in the region. They contain 1248 heads of cattle, including 465 cows.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov during his speech outlined the main tasks for the current year.
“Drozhzhanovskiy district is quite successfully solving its problems, but there are unused reserves, and not small ones, to achieve the highest economic indicators. We need to work with new technologies and fertilizers. Today there is everything for this. The state provides maximum support. Whoever raised a decent harvest earned good money. We need to seriously raise the indicators, ”he said.
At the end of his working trip, Marat Zyabbarov took part in a meeting of the leaders and presented government awards to the best workers of Drozhzhanovsky district.
