From diploma to salary: At TatAgroExpo, students of agricultural universities discussed issues of future employment
Within the framework of the agro-industrial exhibition "TatAgroExpo", organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, students of agricultural universities met with the heads of agro-industrial enterprises and farms.
Representatives of Service-Agro LLC, August Agrofirm Tugan Yak Joint-Stock Company, Agroindustrial Company Food Program LLC and Minekhanov Mintalip farm holding, Tatagrokhimservis Group of Companies, Ammoniy Agrotechnology LLC spoke about working conditions as well as salaries and corporate ethics of organizations.
During the meeting, the students were interested in the issues of providing housing for young specialists, internships in international companies and which specialists are needed in which area most of all.
Thus, Anastasia Pavlova, a student of the Zootechnics profile, was interested in the possibility of foreign internships. On the issue of housing, all employers responded positively. Many companies build specialized housing for their employees. For example, 20 houses were built for the RM AGRO group of companies last year.
