The President of Tatarstan inspected the agro-industrial exhibition "TatAgroExpo"
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the agro-industrial exhibition "TatAgroExpo", organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan on the territory of the exhibition center "Kazan Expo". He was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
In total, over 200 enterprises from 30 regions of the Russian Federation and a number of leading foreign companies took part in the exhibition. The exposition covered such areas as crop production, animal husbandry, seed production, veterinary medicine, feed, food and processing industries, agricultural machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex, innovation and land reclamation.
In the section of agricultural machinery and equipment of the agro-industrial complex, Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the advanced technologies for tillage, sowing, cultivation, harvesting, processing and sorting of products. Complex solutions in the field of seed growing, nutrition and protection of plants, increasing soil fertility and reclamation processes were demonstrated in the Crop Production block.
In the field of animal husbandry, the exhibitors told the President of the Republic of Tatarstan about the mechanisms used in agricultural enterprises for preparing feed, keeping animals, milking processes and herd reproduction.
Rustam Minnikhanov also got acquainted with a large-scale exposition of digital solutions of the agro-industrial complex. Here the general director of RIVC JSC Niyaz Khaliullin presented to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan a unified information platform for agrarians “Agropolia”, which presents analytical data of the agricultural industry in real time. Rustam Minnikhanov proposed to supplement the portal with tools that allow, through analysis, to identify postscripts and overestimation of indicators on farms.
In the block of small forms of farming and processing of agricultural products, meat, dairy, fat and oil, bakery products of Tatarstan were presented.
After inspecting the exposition of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, an agreement was signed between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC Rosagroleasing. The document was signed by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and General Director of Rosagroleasing Pavel Kosov. The agreement provides for strengthening cooperation in the field of modernization of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.
