Scientists of the Kazan State Agrarian University under the leadership of Professor of the Department of Forestry and Forest Crops Haris Musin carried out research on the study of soil-protective plantations in different agro-climatic zones of the republic and analysis of their condition.
In the course of the research, a technology for afforestation of steep slopes was developed using a closed root system and the sword "Saba". The invention is patented by the Educational Experimental Sabinsky Forestry Enterprise ".
The sword "Saba" was used for several years on the plantations of the Sabinsky forestry. The device was recommended by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan for work in other departments.
It is the most convenient and productive hand tool for planting seedlings, forest seedlings and establishing protective forest plantations. It is easy to use, even a teenager can handle it.
The creation of agroforestry complexes will increase the afforestation of the agroforestry land fund from 1.7 to 3.8%. As this indicator increases, the receipt of agricultural products will gradually increase. The cost of the gross harvest may decrease by 7-15%.
